2017 MKC Voice Command Button, intermittently, stops working - for both navigation and phone commands. Dealer where I purchased Maintenance Mgr said "It's a computer - they go out. Use Goggle Maps on your phone." Another dealer stated that "Unless the technician can get it to fault, and get a fault code, nothing we can do". I'm looking for another answer - like maybe something I could do??

Some of the buttons on my steering wheel worked intermittently also - The wiring in the steering column clock spring was bad/stretched and required a replacement.
