Window tint privacy glass?

My first SUV and not sure how to proceed in regards to tinting the rear privacy glass. Because I live in Las Vegas, window tint is a must have. I know that Carlite supplies the windows to Ford/Lincoln and that the windows do have some kind of heat rejecting properties, but I'm not sure that it is enough. So far I'm just leaning towards tinting the front windows and possibly the windshield with a heat rejecting clear tint. Thoughts anyone?

I stick with 3M products, installed by a 3M-licensed installer. Our MKC is the 5th car done this way, and there's never been a problem. I do recommend the 3M crystalline heat block treatment for the windshield.
I took it to Tint World in FL and asked them to match my front windows to the back windows of my MKC, they told me it would be illegal dark and had me sign a disclosure, I wanted the whole car to match so I did it. Looks really good.
