26600 miles, 2015 MKC off warranty leaking right rear shock. Ugh! Very expensive and doesn't speak highly of a supposed higher quality vehicle.

Ordered a right rear shock from Rockauto. Motorcraft MTC ASH85852. Have to be a bit of a contortionist to install, but it's in and done.
Yuck sorry lenko. I have double that mileage without problems but at least you put it in yourself!!
Thought the top of the shock was accessible inside but it turned out to be in a well at the top of the wheel well. Got a long extension and got it out with a ratchet. Not as hard as I first thought.
